Jessica considers herself a "holistic practitioner," taking into accounts all aspects of her patients' lives in counseling. Not only does she help you figure out an eating style that helps you feel satisfied and supports you on your journey toward achieving your goal, she also addresses your fitness, sleep and stress in counseling. She actively engages patients so that any changes work for them, their family, and their comfort and skill levels - there's no one-size-fits-all approach here! By combining science and a therapeutic approach that values clients' experiences in their own bodies, Jessica offers a personalized approach so that changes are long-lasting.
